SALON POLICIES

To ensure every guest enjoys a seamless and elevated experience at Set 25 Salon, we kindly ask that you review and agree to the following policies prior to your appointment. By booking with us, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

APPOINTMENTS & CONSULTATIONS

A valid card on file is required to reserve all appointments.

Certain services, including color corrections, extension services, and major transformations, may require an in-person or virtual consultation prior to booking.

Service pricing may vary depending on hair density, length, previous color history, extension needs, and the amount of time and product required to achieve the desired result.

CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY

We kindly require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or appointment changes.

Cancellations, no-shows, or rescheduled appointments made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time will result in a charge of 50% of the reserved service total.

Repeated cancellations or no-shows may require a non-refundable deposit or prepayment for future appointments.

LATE ARRIVALS

We kindly ask that guests arrive on time for their appointment to ensure we are able to provide the full service experience.

Guests arriving more than 20 minutes late may need to modify or reschedule their appointment in order to respect the time of other scheduled guests. In these situations, we cannot guarantee the originally booked services.

REFUND & ADJUSTMENT POLICY

We strive to provide every guest with exceptional service and beautiful results. If you are unhappy with your hair, please notify us within 7 days of your appointment so we may schedule an adjustment service if appropriate.

Due to the time, product, and customization involved in salon services, we do not offer refunds on completed services.

We are committed to working with our guests to address reasonable concerns and make adjustments when appropriate.

Services performed by another salon after your appointment with Set 25 void eligibility for adjustment services.

FINISHED SERVICE POLICY

For blonding, color, and corrective services, we strongly recommend allowing your stylist to complete all recommended finishing services, including toning, drying, and styling, so the final result can be properly evaluated together in salon.

Guests who choose to leave before a service is fully completed acknowledge that the final result may appear different once fully dry and styled. In these situations, adjustment requests may be limited, as the salon was not given the opportunity to fully complete and review the finished result at the appointment.

CONSULTATION & HAIR INTEGRITY POLICY

Hair inspiration photos are used as a guide only. Final results may vary depending on hair history, previous color, texture, density, extensions, and the overall integrity of the hair.

Our stylists will always prioritize the long-term health and integrity of your hair and may adjust the service plan if necessary to maintain hair quality.

EXTENSION POLICY

Extension services require proper home care and maintenance to preserve the longevity and quality of both the hair and installation.

Move-up appointments must be maintained within the recommended timeframe provided by your stylist.

Set 25 Salon is not responsible for issues related to improper home care, failure to follow maintenance recommendations, outside color services, or the use of non-approved products.

Due to the customized nature of extension hair orders, all extension purchases and deposits are non-refundable.

SALON ENVIRONMENT POLICY

To maintain a relaxing and elevated environment for all guests, we kindly ask that appointments be attended alone whenever possible.

We are unable to accommodate additional guests, children, or babies in the salon unless previously approved.

We also kindly ask guests to avoid bringing strongly scented or messy outside food into the salon.

PHOTO & VIDEO RELEASE

We love capturing our work and salon environment. By booking an appointment with Set 25 Salon, you agree to allow us to photograph or film portions of your service, including your hair, for use on our website, social media platforms, and marketing materials.

Guests who prefer not to appear in photos or videos may opt out by notifying the salon prior to their appointment.

CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES

By booking an appointment, guests agree not to initiate payment disputes or chargebacks for completed services without first contacting the salon and allowing us the opportunity to review and address the concern directly.

Fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks may result in refusal of future appointments and submission of signed policies, appointment records, communication history, and service documentation to the payment provider.

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE

Set 25 Salon reserves the right to refuse service to anyone displaying inappropriate, abusive, threatening, or disrespectful behavior toward salon staff or guests.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us create a professional, peaceful, and elevated experience for every guest at Set 25 Salon.
