To ensure that every client enjoys a relaxing and seamless experience at our salon, we ask that you carefully review and agree to the following policies before your appointment. By booking with us, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

NO GUESTS, CHILDREN, OR BABIES

For the comfort and safety of all clients and stylists, we kindly request that you attend your appointment alone. We cannot accommodate guests, children, or babies in the salon. This allows us to maintain a serene environment where you and other clients can fully enjoy their experience.

NO OUTSIDE FOOD

To maintain the cleanliness and professional ambiance of our salon, we ask that no outside food be brought into the premises.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that schedules can change. However, we require at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations, no-shows, or appointment changes made within this timeframe will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service cost.
